RAFEEA pieces are released in limited drops and made to order. Once a drop closes, that design is retired and never produced again.

Pre-order cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time while the drop window is open. Once the drop closes, production of your piece begins and orders can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we offer size exchanges only — we do not offer refunds after production has begun.

If your item doesn't fit, you may request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Your replacement size will be made for you and delivered within 14 days of the exchange being confirmed.
