Refund policy

Rafeea releases limited quantities of each piece, and once a size sells out, it may not be restocked.

For this reason, we offer size exchanges only — we do not offer refunds.

If your item doesn't fit, you may request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Once we receive your item, exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days, subject to size availability.
